Payment & Insurance Options

Synergy Wellness Clinic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for most budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We accept cash, automobile insurance, slip/trip and fall, and assault & battery cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. Nuestra oficina participa en la mayoria de las companias de seguro de salud. Nosotros tambien aceptamos casos de accidentes de auto, compensacion de trabajadores, resbalones y caidas, asalto y bateria. Para pacientes que tienen pequena o ninguna cobertura quiropractica, programas flexibles de pago se pueden organizar. Insurance / Seguro

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto insurance if you've been in a motor vehicle accident. We accept personal injury referrals from attorneys (restrictions apply to LOP's). Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before you receive your treatment, however we are unable to do it over the phone. If you have a co-pay/co-insurance/or deductible, we will collect it before you get seen by the doctor.

We are currently IN-NETWORK with Aetna (all plans), Align Networks, Blue Cross Blue Shield (most but not all plans, see below), Cigna (most but not all plans), Cypress Care, Evercare, GHI, Golden Rule, Great West Healthcare, Health Alies, Health Systems International, Humana, and United Healthcare.

We are OUT-OF-NETWORK with AvMed, Neighborhood Health HMO, Preferred Medical, and other discount plans. However, if we are out of network with your insurance company and you have out of network benefits, you can still subsidize your care with your insurance, after we verify your benefits for any co-pays, deductibles, and/or co-insurances. If you do not know if you have out-of-network benefits, we encourage you to contact your insurance company to find out so that you can have an idea of your expenses.

La mayoria de los planes de seguro son aceptadas en nuestra oficina. Aceptamos seguro de automovil si ha estado en un accidente de automovil. Aceptamos la compensacion de trabajadores, referencias personales de abogados, y la majoria de los planes de seguros. Como hay tantos planes y la cubertura varia extensamente, por favor llamenos para averiguar si su plan cubre su tratamiento en nuestra oficina. Nuestro personal verificará y explicará sus beneficios antes de recibir su tratamiento. Si tienes un co-pago, co-seguro, o deducible, nosotros vamos a colectarlo antes que sea visto por el doctor.

No Insurance / No Tiene Seguro

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Para pacientes que tienen pequeño o ninguna cobertura para tratamiento quiropráctico, programas flexibles de pago pueden ser arreglados. Si usted no tiene seguro, hay todavía una manera para usted recibir el cuidado que usted necesita. Health on a Budget

At Synergy Wellness Clinic we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

We accept cash (en effectivo). We currently do not accept any checks. We take the following types of credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
